Every time a new AI tool launches, someone declares that recruiters are about to become obsolete. After reading a piece on theconsultnow.com about AI in talent acquisition, I'm not so sure. Tools like ChatGPT and modern ATS platforms can screen resumes, schedule interviews and even draft outreach messages. That's great for efficiency, but I still believe the best recruiters are storytellers, matchmakers and champions for both candidates and companies.
