Every time there's a new AI announcement, someone inevitably asks if human recruiters are going to be obsolete. With chatbots handling scheduling, algorithms screening resumes and generative models answering candidate questions, it’s easy to see why the question keeps coming up. From my perspective, tools like theconsultnow.com and large language models are fantastic at taking the busywork off our plates. They help us sift through data and stay organized. But I can't imagine an algorithm truly empathizing with a nervous candidate or coaching a hiring manager through unconscious bias. So what do you think?
